If your venue does not have a bar or is limited in their bar services we are the perfect match for you!

  • Coming from the vibrant city of Richmond, Virginia, Golden Raven Mobile Bar brings its exceptional services to a range of events and celebrations across the state of Virginia, DC, as well as some parts of Maryland and North Carolina. Sixty miles of travel distance is always included with every package.

We specialize in providing seamless bar experiences anywhere we show up, including helping out our local breweries and restaurants with large events. Whether it's pulling up at your chosen location for a birthday or supporting your brick-and-mortar establishment, we handle the setup and serve your guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for your patrons.

  • I wish we could say as many as you can bring! Realistically we can support right about 500 guests. For events with more than 250 guests we do recommend longer service hours to ensure everyone has the ability to enjoy you carefully curated libations.

  • Choosing between a Mocktail Bar and an ABC Licensed Bar depends on your event vision and often your life style choices and budget will direct this the most. Opt for a Mocktail Bar for a non-alcoholic focus, providing inclusive and creative drink options for all guests. An ABC Licensed Bar suits events where alcoholic beverages are desired, offering a range of premium spirits, wines, and cocktails. Consider your guest preferences, event atmosphere, and the legal requirements of obtaining an ABC Event License to make the perfect choice for your celebration. If you need personalized guidance, feel free to reach out to our team for assistance.

    Please keep in mind; while Mocktail Bars do not require ABC Licensing they can often require special vendor permitting through the county you are hosting your event in.

  • As we are hired as a “DRY BAR” Licensing for your event is your responsibility. ABC licensing regulations play a crucial role in having a bar at your event. You need to adhere to these regulations to legally serve alcoholic beverages at events.

    We will expertly guide you through the process in all localities that we serve.

  • The very first thing we tackle is setting a Consultation Meeting. We'll sit down together to understand your preferences, event theme, and any specific elements you want to incorporate into the drinks. Anticipate this taking about 2 hours.

  • Tons of places! National, State, and County Parks are some of the only places we can’t set up to serve libations. With proper permitting and licensing the options for locations are endless. The general rule, if they do not allow alcohol in the space they likely will not issue a permit or license for it, even as a private event.

  • We do need accessibility for a full sized pick-up truck to pull the Mobile Bar into position. Our Mobile bar is 8’ x 13’, we generally prefer to place the trailer on firm, level ground but can assess your venue and desired bar location on an individual basis. We do also require a power hook up, either by onsite power or a location away from the festivities to run a generator.

  • A minimum of 1 hour for set up prior to your event is necessary to begin service on time. Break down is simple and takes about half an hour. We operate on a Leave No Trace ideology and intend to leave the space we occupy better than we found it.

  • This is location dependent and can be discussed in further detail during your consultation. Generally we are only able ro run cash bars for 501C Non Profits as a means of fundraising during an event.

  • Absolutely! We would love to absolutely immerse ourselves in your event! From drapes, to floral arrangements, special artwork and even projections! We can find a way to seamlessly integrate our Mobile Bar into your event.
